STALL HOLDER'S AGREEMENT



I (we) _____________________________________ agree to pay the New Zealand AIDS Foundation the sum of (Non profit groups $100 plus GST / Retail stalls $125 plus GST / Food stalls $150 plus GST) for a stall space at the Sunday, February 08th 2009 annual BIG GAY OUT at Coyle Park, Point Chevalier, Auckland. If I/we need power from a generator I/we agree to pay an additional $65 plus GST in advance. The availability of stalls with generators is limited.

The Foundation agrees to provide a site for the stall and the use of all amenities (toilets, any public water supply, emergency services, security, and access to the parking lot for stall holders to unpack and pack out) for the time the stall is set up.

Please Note: Marquees (pop up tents) are not provided - you must provide your own marquee/shelter

Ample publicity will be arranged by NZAF in order to attract the highest numbers of participants. Any individual advertising costs are at the expense of stall holder.

Tables, chairs, covers, and any equipment (including generators) must be provided by the stall holder.

Please return this agreement together with the attached "details" form and a cheque made payable to NZAF for $100, $125 or $150 plus GST. If you require power from our generators be sure to add an additional $65.00 plus GST to your payment.
