Mills is next due to appear in court on November 30, when a decision is expected as to whether there should be a depositions hearing in this case. The charges against Mills straddle the date of a change in legal process designed to streamline court procedure by doing away with depositions hearings.
He will also appear in the High Court on March 24 for the hearing of a suspect compulsion application, which may force a blood sample to be taken from Mills for evidential testing.
