Five years after her famous lip-lock with Britney Spears, Madonna has done it again - kissing one of her female back-up dancers at her Paris concert on Wednesday night.

Making her move...

She told the 1,500-strong crowd at the Olympia: "Why do I have this relationship with France?

"I'm always drawn to working with French people - and frenching French people. Vive la France!"

An onlooker told The Mirror newspaper: "It was incredible.

"Madonna took a massive gulp from a champagne bottle, eyed up the dancer and then went in for the kill.

"It was pretty full-on and they both looked like they were enjoying it.

"So much for the pipe and slippers - Madonna seems determined to see in 50 with a bang."
