Westlife singer Mark Feehily says he's now engaged to the man he's been seeing since 2005.

Feehily and Kevin McDaid, who's himself a former boyband singer, have been together since meeting at a charity concert, and came out publicly as a couple in August 2005.

In a joint interview with the pair in 2007, Feehily said he wanted to grow old with McDaid, and they agreed they'd be "together forever."

Same-sex couples in the UK can enter into a Civil Partnerships, which gives them all the same rights as married couples.
