Sydney Mardi Gras - Start the countdown!

The Mardi Gras Festival is only a few weeks away, and no one throws a gay party like Sydney! Here's a look at what's in planned across the Tasman.

The Mardi Gras crew have announced a huge programme of events which includes Whitney Houston, George Michael, novelist Sarah Waters, cult-filmmaker John Waters and French DJ star David Guetta.

Mardi Gras features the return of the Parade and official Party, but also a number of other celebrations including the LGB community Fair Day, a Pool Party, Luna Park's Toybox, Beach Volleyball in Manly, and even Drag Races at Bondi.
