How do I change my password?

To change your password, head to the 'Settings' section. Click or select 'Password' from the drop down menu. You'll be required to enter your current password and a new password.

If you don’t remember your password, we can send you an email that’ll include a link you can use to easily create a new one - just click this link and enter your email address.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, head to the 'Settings' section. Click or select 'Profile' from the drop down menu. Here you can update the email address connected to your account.

You may have to re-confirm your email address if you change it.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please get in contact with the team. Click this link to contact us.

How do I confirm my email address?

When you sign up or change your email address, we will send you an email to your email address.

Click on the link in the email to confirm your email address.

Why do I have to confirm my email address?

We want to make logging into as easy as possible, so we use your email address instead of a username to login (with a password). This allows us to send you a forgotten password reset token to your email address as well.

Why are pages protected by Google reCAPTCHA?

We use reCAPTCHA on to protect the website and it's users from fraud and abuse.
